It is incredibly important now, more than anyone could have imagined, to have powerful digital solutions in banking services. Íslandsbanki has made great strides in digital development and is now at the forefront among peers, ranking highest in the financial market in Gallup's brand measurement. Hugsmiðjan has designed all of Íslandsbanki's digital solutions in excellent collaboration with their team and has also handled specialized programming.

Íslandsbanki thinks big and is committed to developing digital solutions in constant dialogue with customers. Because that's how we shape an outstanding service experience. The housing loan flow simplified the process for customers to apply for credit assessment, housing loans, and refinancing. Actions and design in the Íslandsbanki app were reviewed, as well as the Íslandsbanki website. Additionally, individuals and businesses can become customers in just a few steps with the "Welcome to business" functionality. We look forward to the future and are excited to introduce more brilliant digital solutions.
